When Will I Receive My Ticket?
Your ticket(s) are being sent prior to the show via mail. The mailing commences TBA, if you signed up after TBA you can print your ticket onsite at the registration area using your registration code that you have been emailed previously.

Can I Cancel My Registration?
If you are not able to attend once you've registered, your pass is transferable to another member of your practice. If you wish to cancel the ticket and receive a refund, a service charge of 25% will be applied if you cancel anytime before December 31, 2019. Before February 28, 2020, we refund 50% of the registration fee. After this date, no refunds for registrations will be available. Can I Transfer My Ticket To Another Person?
How Can I Pay For My Registration Fees?
At the moment we only accept the registration via any VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Solo. Please note that all fees need to be paid in full at the time of registration. If you have any issues registering please contact us on +1 646-437-9080 or send an email to email@example.com.

What public transport is available to use?
Located within downtown Austin, the Palmer Events Center is easily accessible from Barton Springs Rd. or Riverside Dr. by public transportation.

Is there any parking available at the venue?

How can I arrive by airplane?
Austin Bergstrom International Airport, located 17 miles from downtown is easily accessible by car or public transportation.
As a registered attendee, you can access discounted flights for travel. Visit www.oneworld.com/events for discounted rates from airlines such as American Airlines, using event code TBA or book your flight using the Delta Airlines Website.

Do I need a VISA to attend the conference, if I am not from the United States?
Can I bring my dog to the conference?
Animals or pets that are not service animals are not allowed without prior written approval from the Austin Convention Center. If you would like to bring your dog to the conference, please make sure to contact us beforehand and provide paperwork for your dog. If you do not contact us beforehand you may not be allowed to enter the conference.
Are exhibitors collecting any personal data?
All our attendee badges are encoded with your name, address, phone, organization, and e-mail address (if applicable). Exhibitors obtain this information only if they scan your badge in the exhibition. If you do not wish to share your information, please do not have your badge scanned.
Is the conference RACE approved?
Austin Vet is RACE-approved.
The American Association of Veterinary State Boards RACE committee has approved CloserStill Vet US LLC to continue to conduct continuing education programs.
How do I obtain my CE certificate?
Certificates will be available on-site at the end of the second day of the conference. Certificates will also be emailed to you a few weeks after you have returned to practice and implemented your new skills and techniques. (Veterinary professionals licensed in Texas must pick up their certificates on-site.)
How can I track the sessions I attend?
A Record of CE form will be available in our event guide. You can use the form to record all sessions you attend. You can also use our official Austin Vet mobile app to plan your day.
Session Notes & Proceedings
Will I be able to access and print notes for my sessions prior to the Conference?
All session notes will be available online as proceedings at www.vin.com. As a registered attendee you will receive access prior to the conference.
Where can I find proceedings and when will they be available?
Proceedings can be found at www.vin.com. You can also view and print these at the VIN Cyber Café, where high-speed internet access is provided.
Will I be able to print my notes on site?
You will be able to print proceedings at the VIN Cyber Café in the exhibit hall. Please be aware that only a few print-outs are allowed per attendee.
Will presentations or recordings be available for purchase?
Is there any WIFI available?
Complimentary WiFi is available in the Palmer Events Center for light web browsing. We recommend downloading large files (like proceedings) prior to arriving at the show.
Is lunch included in my conference pass?
Complimentary lunch and refreshments are available in the Exhibit Hall for all registered attendees. You will find coupons in your
Passport Book (located in your conference bag) to be redeemed for lunch and refreshments in the hall.
Lunch is available from 12:00 PM–2:30 PM on both days of the conference, and refreshments are available twice daily.
Water stations will be also be available throughout the exhibition floor.
Where do I pick up my event materials?
Event materials can be collected at the event entrance beginning at 7:00AM. Your conference bag contains your voucher book (with lunch coupons), your passport to Malawi, a notepad provided and pens —as well as a variety of other goodies from our sponsors and partners.
