What Happens After I Signed Up For The Conference?

Once you are registered you will:

  • Receive a confirmation with your registration code and receipt.
  • Be the first to hear about program and speaker updates.
  • Get exclusive news and discounts from our exhibitors.
  • Your attendee badge will arrive in the mail before the conference. 

How Can I Make Changes To My Registration?

What Is Included In My Conference Pass?

Your Austin Vet conference pass provides you with unrestricted access to all content at Austin Vet including:

When Will I Receive My Ticket?

Your ticket(s) are being sent prior to the show via mail. You can expect your badge in the mail 2 weeks prior to the event. If you do not receive your badge, or have misplaced the one mailed to you, no need to worry. You can also print your ticket onsite at the registration area using your registration code that you have been emailed previously. 

Can I Cancel My Registration?

If you are not able to attend once you've registered, your pass is transferable to another Vet Show event or another member of your practice. If you wish to cancel the ticket and receive a refund, the terms & conditions as indicated in the registration form will apply.

Can I Transfer My Ticket To Another Person?

If you are not able to attend once you've registered, your pass is transferable to another member of your practice at any time. Please contact us by calling us at +1 646-437-9080 or emailing austinvet@closerstilmedia.com to transfer the ticket.

How Can I Pay For My Registration Fees?

At the moment we only accept the registration via any VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Solo. Please note that all fees need to be paid in full at the time of registration. If you have any issues registering please contact us at +1 646-437-9080 or send an email to austinvet@closerstilmedia.com.

Can I Purchase A Ticket To  Visit The Exhibit Hall Only?

Yes, you may purchase a ticket for the exhibition only by calling us at +1 646-437-9080 or emailing austinvet@closerstilmedia.com.

Are There Any Discounted Tickets Available?
